I have been with this company for a while and they must have changed their medical supply company because the blue pads they send out is awful now. The blue pads are like paper and they don't help with anything, you may as well be using nothing, they are the worst blue pads I have ever seen, they are the bottom of the barrel, I am thinking about finding another medical supply company just because of the blue pads they send me now.
Don’t be a customer and don’t work for them. As a customer, your info WILL be compromised, promise. As an employee, go work at McDonald’s. Their benefits at McDonald’s are better than here. $200 a week for health insurance?! And you’re only paying me 15/hr? Accept another job offer or live off the state.
I give them a zero. Worst medical supply company out there. I have been getting (or trying to get) my diabetic supplies from them for over three years. But no longer. I just switched to a supply company who actually answers the telephone. J&B does not answer the phone, you are on hold for so long they just hang up. Then, if you try and message them in their portal they still ignore you. Im still waiting for a response from a message sent 6 days ago. The owner/leadership of this company should be ashamed.
A terrible company to deal with. Billed incorrectly and refuse to fix their mistake.
Been dealing with JandB for two years now for my diabetic supplies. Every single time I order supplies there has been a problem getting them shipped. No joke, I have never had one order go through without a problem. On top of a list of other issues, they always put a hold on my order stating that they are waiting on prior authorization. Worst Company I have ever dealt with. I am just trying to get Diabetes testing supplies after a recommendation from my insurance Company. Started the process Dec 22. Today is Feb 5....no supplies.. 6 phone calls.... 5 emails... Talked to at least 5 Reps, including a Conflict Resolution Rep....... Nothing gets done.
The WORST company to work with. I have spent HOURS on the phone fixing their mistakes. Don't waste your time with them.
I get my diabetic supplies from this company, and they are the worst ever. Nothing is good here. You can't even get them on the phone. My insurance asked me to find a new supplier because of how unprofessional they are.
They do not get you your supplies- they hang up on you they disconnect you and do not call you back - never answer messages and unfortunately it is the only co my ins will go through, so I'm stuck.
