I would have to say that I think Jaymes’s negotiation skills are excellent. We have bought and sold 5 different times with Jaymes and he has always done an excellent job. Jaymes is very easy to reach when you need him. He always makes himself available and he works awfully hard to get the best deal for his clients. I highly recommend Jaymes.
