I would highly recommend Jayde Parkside to anyone looking for a new place to live. The manager (Alex), and Lucy are wonderful to work with. They both made my move from out of state very easy. I was very stressed about this cross- country move, and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful in this process. The property itself is very nice, and my new apt. has been very quiet, which I really like. The gym is also nice with lots of equipment and a yoga studio to do more core exercises. Lived here last year. Great spot overall, no major issues. Only downside is the location, particularly the price relative to location. The apartments were great and brand new when we moved in. Maintenance was a bit slow but not unreasonable. The leasing staff is top tier.

We just ended our lease at Jayde Parkside, we had the best experience we could have hoped for from start to finish. We were transitioning from out of state and the leasing team Alex and Lucy were exceptionally helpful in the process, from photos and videos of the unit to walking us through the leasing process.
