Michael Malmquist did a great job with my implants and his staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
Most horrible place I have ever been. Needed abone graph and 2 implants. M Sr convinced me he could do the bottom implant without a bone graph and I have had nothing but problems ever since. I spent over $10k for just the 2 implants, and 1 causes me more problems than I had without the tooth. HORRIBLE! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. And the IV nurse was a HORRIBLE, HAM FISTED B&%#H!
We couldn't be happier with our experience at Malmquist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Kathryn at the front desk to the oral surgeon, Dr. Michael Malmquist. ALL THE STAFF was friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly, caring. They were the 4th office we called for my husband's wisdom teeth extraction and the FIRST that had their scheduling, insurance, and processing down. Professional and certified!
I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Jay Malmquist. His surgery skills are remarkable, and his professionalism is unsurpassed. What really amazes me is how much he cares about me as a patient, and how he continues to follow my progress. He is the best doctor I’ve ever been to!

I really can’t say enough about what great care I received from Dr. Mike Malmquist and his team. From the first moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and heard. My implant is #9 (right in the middle of my smile) and Dr. Mike used his skill and expertise to make sure that my smile remained bright and natural. Thanks, Dr. Mike and your amazing staff!
