I consider Dr. Malmquist my hero for going above and beyond to help me, a wounded veteran, get an implant where my molar once was when the VA could not do it for me. I had waited for over 6 years for this and to be able to eat on that side again. He is extremely professional, treating patients with the utmost respect. I can not thank you enough Dr. Malmquist.

I've been a patient for a number of implants. I find this new location is a very clean office with very informed and caring staff. I fully recommend Doctors Jay and Mike Malmquist. Their bedside manner is comparable to very few with his compassion and interest in you as a human being not just a patient. This group uses state of the art equipment and is continually learning the newest and best techniques.
