Dr Olsson, and his entire staff are really awesome!! No long waits to be seen, and no "hurry up" type of service, either!! During my first appointment with Dr. Olsson, he spent nearly two hours with me, going over all my medical history (and there's quite a bit of that!), and helping me pinpoint my most adversely effected areas. During the entire initial visit he asked a lot of questions, and he LISTENED TO ME!!! He didn't look at ME "funny", and helped me feel better!!! Awesome doctor & staff!
Dr. Olsson is one of the most caring, professional, outstanding doctors that has ever treated me. He listens to everything I say, if I need more time then he takes it. I never feel rushed or discounted by him in any way. He is always ready to hear anything new that I would like to try especially natural remedies. You would be lucky to find a doctor this qualified and this caring in our current and future medical community.
In a it shell, Dr. Olsson saved my life. I am a traumatic brain injury survivor. He has walked every step of the way with me, providing excellent medical care and encouragement. Without him, I would not have had a second chance at a life that has given me so many blessings. He is my champion and I am forever grateful.
I was treated without respect and was not getting pain relief.
After initial meeting with Dr Olsson you may start receiving care from one of the other providers in the practice. I see Alan Spindler NP. He is professional, empathic and listens . He involves you in your care so you work together to determine the best way to manage your pain.
Assigned to me after heart surgery. His priorities are self-protection, and financial. Seen him twice in 12 visits. He has an almost psychotic fear of liability. Staff are great. Office nice with the exception of the 70's TV show "Ponderosa" on virtual loop in the waiting room. Made me get the two (2) Xanax tablets I need per Month on the street. Has a Nixon-esque opinion of marijuana. Will Not give me My records without charging me. Will not fill out an Exertional Questionnaire S.S. requested.?
Dr. Olsson is one of those "needles in a haystack" doctors you rarely find these days who actually CARES about who you are as a person, how your disabilities/illness/injury affect your life, and work with you to ease the pain. I love a doctor who will collaborate WITH me not AT me and Dr. Olsson is the man who fits the bill. Staff are also efficient and empathetic which can be 90% of a patient's experience with a provider. Good job to all and I am happy I have you as part of my care team.
Dr Olsson listen to you, explains things to you , take all the time he has to make you feel better ,he has help me out
