After a pretty thorough search to find what we were looking for, my wife and I decided last week to check on a 2005 Ford Escape at Jay Auto Sales. I spoke briefly with Arash on the phone to get some initial info, and, feeling good about taking the long trip across town to check out the SUV, we headed over. I had been researching used cars on the internet for weeks and noticed that several of the models I was interested in purchasing were at Jay Auto Sales. I went to the 22nd St. location first and then later to the Speedway location. Jay, Arash, and Dana were very professional and I never felt pressured into buying anything. After I bought my car, Jay even sent one of his employees to buy new wiper blades when he noticed that they needed replacing! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for great customer service and a low... read more

I went in as a prospective buyer to Jays with less then perfect credit. I fully knew this and from the moment I walked in I was belittled and told that "I should be lucky that they are able to work with my situation." I felt horrible from the beginning, than come to find out the car they wanted me to purchase had front end damage, and though it did not show on the car fax it was quite obvious! I took a friend with me since he know more about cars than i do, and he was trying to explain what he was seeing. Ed the salesman kep... read more
Almost bought a car from here and glad that I didnt. I was given a speech on how they would get my payments to what I pay now or lower. Got a call the next day they wanted way more than what I pay now and lied to my husband and I. My husband called our bank since this place was saying the bank wanted us to put money down to find out they didnt! I dont do business with liars!!!!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!!

We purchased a beautiful FORD F-150 flatbed truck from Jays. Ed, and Dana were wonderful, they allowed us to purchase the truck, they did not sell us the vehicle. Everyone was great, pleasant, and made the purchase painless. They played no games or give us the run around that most car dealers do to a potential buyer.
