I have been going to Jax Spine & Pain in Fleming Island and when I walk in and I see Lina I know I will be treated with respect. It is nice to have someone that does not judge me. I didn't ask to fall, and I didn't ask for 6 surgeries. Being in pain is just like taking the active life you once had away. No one and I mean no one can understand what it is to always be in pain, I call it a nightmare that never ends. Thank you, Lina, for your respect and kindness.

When going to pain management is hard enough but, Alisha treats me with respect and no judgement. Alisha is so nice to me, and I appreciate her. Alisha is at the Fleming Island office and if there is anything I can do to let you know that she has compassion and understanding and this is so rare. Thank you for making feel as I am important.

It is so nice to have these individuals working at, Jax spine & Pain Center. It is nice to be treated like a person and not to be judge like most people do. The way I have been treated since my accident as if I did something wrong and being on pain management some people are so judgmental, but Alisha and Lina and Aloha treat me as if I am a person with lots of problems and no fault of my own. 20+ years of being a patient. We watched it go from a smaller practice with lots of care for their patients. They took the time to listen to your concerns; you actually got to see Dr. Vincenty once in a while. Past years have been a disappointment. We are no longer patients, but part of their assembly line practice. Had so much pain from last procedure (spinal ablation) I had to demand that he stop during it. On January eleventh with one more tree limb to trim, resulted in a fall from a ladder along with a fractured verterbra. Through GODs grace and intervention I found myway to the Office of Jax spine and pain Dr. Michael Hanes, MD. In tremendous pain and almost unable to stand the staff worked me in even with a full house of patiences. Dr. Hanes along with his staff were caring, kind and compassionate. I was refused treatment because I did not have my driver's license with me. My wife drove me to the clinic and the only ID I had with me was my concealed weapons permit, which I carry all the time for obvious reasons. I have emailed them 4 times without any response. I would stay away from these guys. By the way, a CWP is legal ID in Florida. You can even vote with it.

They did everything wrong, the stimulator did not work and they almost killed me.. Not much more to say other than that.

All about money. I am a cancer patient who's had cancer multiple times. I had a 500$ balance after losing my job and insurance due to COVID. They would not schedule me without paying my balance. Fine. I offered to pay 275$ to make an appointment and pay another 100$ (a week later) when I came to the appointment and go on a payment plan after. They refused to see me.
