I have been going to JAX Cafe for about 45-50 years now. I recently went near the end of November 2018 and was shocked at how much the Cafe upped their prices. It is a good old NE restaurant and is now charging downtown prices! Come on ---- it's good but not affordable to most people in NE Mpls. Give a break, will you?

We had another wonderful meal at Jax. We have been bringing our grandsons here for over 10 years. They have grown up knowing the style of a well appointed restaurant with an exclellent menu. When our oldest went off to college Jax presented our table with engraved note cards with his name. The friendliness of management and staff makes everyone feel welcome. Jax is a family tradition and we enjoy every visit! Thank you Jax Cafe!!
