Although, I don’t live here myself, it is a really pretty apartment complex. I’m there a lot because my boyfriend lives here and it’s always well kept up! The maintenance guys do such a wonderful job keeping the property up to par! As well as they keep up with everything, they are all very welcoming! I’d recommend to anyone that needs a place to live! Maybe I’ll sign next year �

Staff is great, maintenance is efficient, pool is awesome, Rent is reasonable for what you get with the apartment complex itself.

Javalina station is amazing, beautiful property, outstanding amenities, the clubhouse is gorgeous; pool table, theater room, business center, sizable computer lab. Extra convenient location right near TAMUK, and every time I come into the office the staff is always courteous and helpful and I couldn't ask for anything more from an apartment complex.
Phenomenal staff definitely a great place to live. I've enjoyed living here for two years and i honestly wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
Maintence works fast and efficiently. Nice, friendly services.
