RecommendedI went on a tour with Zak and she made me feel comfortable she did a great job.
Its a very nice place and very close to the campus. I’ve been here 5 years and I’m moving to corpus and I can’t find a place as good as this one especially for the price. The management is really good too they are always on top of things and they do their best to accommodate you and make you feel at home!
After recently taking the apartment survey I was asked what "value for the price" meant for me in relation to this apartment. I wrote, "Value for the price means I get all the amenities I need at a price I can afford." With the dorms on the campus escalating their prices, Javelina Station continues to be a better place to live at. The dorms do not offer washers, dryers, stoves, and oven in the room you pay for, and their rooms are not as nearly as spacious as the ones at Javelina Station. Javelina station in my opinion is the best option for living. The staff here are the best and are very helpful when needed. Pet friendly as well! From pool tables, computer lab, a movie room, and an outside swimming pool, they have everything you would need. I highly recommend Javelina Station over the other local apartments in the Kingsville area.
The apartment is pet-friendly, with no breed restriction, which is a BIG plus, unlike where Legends has a no pitbull policy unless it is an emotional support or service animal. Many of the residents here have pitbulls, probably meaning that a breed restriction was also a deciding factor in apartment hunting.
Lauryn, a leasing consultant at Javelina Station, helped me with my move in process. Everything ran smooth and I highly recommend this apartment complex to any college student.

I went to get information about the apartments. The staff was very kind and polite to explain everything regarding the apartments and the amenities. If you’re interested, go ask for a tour!
Very friendly maintenance crew and they get things done quickly! They all say hi and stop to make sure all is well, even after hours they take good care of the property!
