We had an amazing experience with Jatina group! They were incredibly flexible and accommodating – from adjusting rental terms and accepting crypto payments to instantly fulfilling any request. They set up a crib and high chair for our baby, stocked up on essentials, kept the pool clean, and handled trash removal. Their support was outstanding – always quick to respond and truly caring. Had another great stay w Jatina Group. Customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. They are prompt and always helpful solving any problem and answering any questions that came up. They even mailed back a charger I left behind. Always look to them first when booking in Miami!
The Jatina Group did an unbelievable job at coordinating an amazing bachelor party for our group. The home was very clean and nice. They also helped us with reservations and activities. This was our second time staying with them and would definitely do it again.
