Dr. Grover while very busy takes the time with patients to ensure that their questions and/or concerns are addressed. I found his office staff to be friendly and efficient even though at certain times it can be a bit difficult to contact via phone. I have been to his office many times and haven't experienced any excessive wait times. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of my care, my surgical outcomes and the continuing concern expressed to see the entire recovery process through! This was me 10th and 11th spinal fusions over the last 30 years. The surgery was done from just below my navel. It was and has been totally pain free - unlike the L2/3 & L3/4 fusions I had done from the back 2014. I still have two more fusions needed to redo ones done 30 years ago. I highly recommend Dr Grover and for robotic surgery my wife has in 2022 Dr Polester and Dr Grover are the best team we have had.

I met with Dr. Grover to discuss cervical spine surgery. I told him disc replacement surgery was my preference. He replied I was only suitable for fusion due to my age (63). Dr. Grover is very gifted. His bedside manner is impeccable. All of my questions were answered with patience and respect for me and my daughter. I speak as a former nurse in the military.
