Yes, I was in and out in 10 minutes, but that is great when a doctor can give you a correct diagnosis and a remedy in that amount of time! On my return visit the doctor knew exactly who I was, what my problem had been, and what I need to do to handle it in the future. He didn't need to ask me or fumble around with a chart. I call that a great doctor!
Customer services is HORRIBLE!!! The lady at that's desk should be removed. One of the most disgusting experiences to request appointment. Hopefully this is read and somebody put her in place.
Today was my first and last appointment with Dr. David Jassir. Yes, I was checked in, and was in and out of the office within 10 minutes, but I found this doctor to be less than pleasant. When I explained what I was experiencing, he gave me an explanation that made no sense and as if I was crazy. He did not address my concerns AT ALL. I am upset to have wasted my time.
