Bob and Jeff were most accommodating and was great to put names and faces together from ordering and technical support. Enjoyed the tour so much wish we could have spent a little additional time exploring the surrounding area and the nearby historical sites. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Tour of the facilities was amazing. The people or associates are friendly and work very hard making their products the best. They are very diligent in making sure when the product is being remanufactured it's going to be a reliable and a high quality product.
As a vehicle repair shop, quality is important to us. When we purchase Jasper Engines or Transmissions, we know we can count on quality, value and the great Jasper Warranty for our customers! I purchased the transmission from ******** ***** in **** ******* VA. An authorized Jasper dealer. The original transmission was slipping in reverse after 87k miles. All other gears worked fine. I paid an extra 1000 for a total of 4800 to install a Jasper replacement to improve towing reliability. The transmission was an upgrade from the standard. ******** ***** completely flushed the cooler and replaced all the transmission lines due to the fact that the original lines did not connect to new transmission.
