Replaced ford 4.6 L engine with one from Jasper. First engine lasted 22,000 miles which is pretty good for jasper engines. That explains why the customer service person seemed proud that it lasted 22,000 As far as warranty you cover labor.fluids and incidentals out of pocket till they decide what caused the failure of their products. The engine that lasted 22,000 miles had a half inch of lateral travel on cam. It would chew up cam sensors. Jaspers replaced engine and paid partial labor for diagnostics and replacement. NOT EVEN 1 STAR!! THESE PEOPLE RIPPED US OFF IN MANY WAYS. I RECEIVED A STATEMENT FROM AUGUST STATING WE HAVE A 917.71 CREDIT. I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM TO JUST SEND THE MONEY BACK TO US BECAUSE THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE DIRTY AND WE WILL NOT BE DOING ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM. I called customer service and what a joke I told customer service what happened to my engine and he said well that's your problem and your warranty is up and now you have to buy a new engine I said really you build engine to last just long enough to last past warranty and then they quit buyers please look at other options when purchasing an engine with other engine and transmission companies offering way better warranties and standing by their product and not trying to sell you another engine like Jasper That leaves you high... read more

If I could put less than 1 Star I would. I purchased a 5.9 liter Cummins motor from them in December 2017 at ********** garage in *** ******** The guy who owns ********** talked and bragged about this motor so I fished out 11 thousand dollars for it and once he installed it he told me to drive 500 miles and bring it back well the first 500 miles the truck exhaust would blow clouds of blue smoke . First, I'm not pleased that I had to even give Jasper one star. Jasper deserves ZERO stars. I needed my engine replaced, so my mechanic (that I have used for 20+ years and trust completely) suggested a Jasper engine. Not even 150 miles on the new engine and it completely dies. I get a second Jasper engine and not even 50 miles on this new engine and again, it dies. What gives Jasper?! I'm getting my third brand new engine from you. Your product is worthless. This place onlybeant yo benefit from anything they do. At the end of the day you are just a number. Had an issue with 2 of their engines and now they dont want to honor their warranty. DO NOT USE JASPER ENGINES. Go to the dealership.

if I could give 0 stars I would. purchased a motor from them had the lifters fail within two years. now that i'm out of warranty the lifters failed again at 60,000 miles causing internal damage to engine. Not acceptable for a motor with low miles and documented regular synthetic oil changes and service. they will not stand behind their work. DO NOT BUY! find a better rebuilder.

Terrible Company, We had a new engine put in, in *********** Washington on 10/31./2018. to the tune of $7,676.73. My husband is 84 years old and I am 81. We left on a much needed vacation and drove 3,000 mile to have the engine go out in Nevada in the desert. There was no cell service and we finally were able to flag a man going by that contacted a tow truck service for us that cost us $271.00 to go approxiately 45 miles. First engine managed 50 miles, it vibrated and ended up with water in the oil. They replaced that engine along with a little for the mechanic. The second Engine also had a very bad vibration. I managed 700 miles and could not stand the vibration. I took the engine to another shop. Tore the engine down, rear main trashed, the thrust bearing trashed, piston ring pins frozen, the pistons to small for the out of round cylinders. A Jasper rep looked at the damage and haven't seen him since. That was three months ago.
