Very friendly staff!!
Carlos is the best. Very gentle and caring.
Went for daughter’s cleaning and physical exam. When we got there I was told by the receptionist, Maddie, that the doctor was not in the office to do the actual exam and that we would need to schedule another appointment. No notice was given that the doctor wouldn’t be present. Then, when trying to understand what would be done today and the charges I was met with a sassy undertone, confrontational and assumptive response that was unclear. Extremely unprofessional. Not sure we will be going back.
Highly recommend! It's a very nice and super clean dental practice. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. That was also the quickest I have ever been in and out of an appointment. It was great and I got the break down of what I would need done. I was given some different options which were explained with good detail and a cost breakdown. Booked my next appointment with ease and they were able to get me in quick which is not always the case down here. Thank you so much!
