I don’t write reviews, but my recent experience at KDS was so stunning that I feel a need to share it. We moved to KW in 2023 and I was happy to find KDS last December for a gum pain problem before leaving town the next day. They were very accommodating and helpful. With that experience in mind, I was glad to be able to get an appointment within 2 days earlier this month to help with a crown that had fallen out. Great service and was able to schedule a next day appointment. I am not one of their regular patients and was visiting from out of town. They took me in and helped me out, a wonderful team!
Disappointed ☹️ I got full exams where they recommend two fillings plus deep cleaning. Dentist did a great job with my fillings. But when it comes to cleaning, I showed up for cleaning and mentioned about my concerns when it comes to deep cleaning and tooth sensitivity after that which can stay permanently. I ask her just to perform regular cleaning where she could have remove some of the stains i had, without torturing my gums which in my opinion in good condition and doesn’t bother me at all. Was on a cruise recently and had an infected tooth. I had a 5 hour window in Key West and Keys Dental Specialists worked me in to their schedule. Super nice people and they fixed my tooth. I owe them!!
My recent visit to Keys Dental Specialists was for a cleaning and was like every visit I have.I am always welcomed with smiling faces and kind greetings from a professional staff.You can't go wrong using their services.They know what they are doing.The staff does it well and are always concerned for your comfort.
