After getting something in my eyeball late Friday night. The particle was persistent and not wanting to free itself. The pain, oh the pain. Had a lot so do that day. I Called the Zion eye institute number on a Saturday. Dr Hauck called me back. Met at the clinic, plucked out the particle. Made my day that started out horrible. Thank you
Dr. Hauck is very, very helpful and kind. My vision and daily comfort has improved drastically with his work and the rest of the staff's help. I am very thankful for Dr. Hauck and Zion eye institute.
My daughter had a surgery to correct amblyopia and astropia. The surgery went well and she did well. The reason for the one star is the billing nightmare we went through years later. Apparently the folks at the front never updated our address so they sent billing notices to an address we hadn’t lived at for 2 years!! Finally the bill went to collections and had a $500 collection fee on top of it.
