Dr Randall is knowledgeable regarding orthopedics and is a great surgeon. However, I was prescribed pain Meds for a week before surgery for a complex meniscus tear in my right knee. Although I used them judiciously and per his instructions, the surgery was pushed back another week and now I am left without pain med coverage. His office staff ruin it for him. He up is either not getting messages or is not responding to them in a timely fashion. So now, I am in terrible pain, and no med coverage.
