Dr. Randall answered all of my questions about the surgery and expected outcome and was very professional. I am pleased with the results from the shoulder surgery and the care I received from him and the office staff and physical therapists.
Dr Randall never said if he found anything wrong. Just told me he was giving me a shot and to take the meds I was taking. Did he even look at my X-rays?
Out of all of the Dr's I have been to in the last 8 weeks regarding my issue he is the only one that has made any sense.
My 1st visit, Dr. Randell was pleasant, comforting and made me just feel safe in his care.I didn't see him the day of surgery or I don't recall seeing him due to being still sedated. When I saw Dr. Randell for my post op appointment , I felt the same safe, at peace, and comfortable. He checked my left long finger saw it was swollen and had his nurse to proceed to remove my stitches. First appointment I ever had with Dr Randall. He was very professional and very helpful in every aspect of the consultation. He explained in details the process of the procedure to be performed and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. I was very impressed with his willingness to listen to all my concerns. I was also very happy with the time dedicated to make sure I understood everything involving the procedure to be performed.
Doctor & staff very professional
Dr. Randall listens and takes an aggressive approach. At the time my knee issues appear to be minor, but he chose to get treat it aggressively in hopes that I won’t develop more serious issues. I just went yesterday, and my knee feels amazing! I would highly recommend!
I think the service was excellent. Dr. Randall took time and explained things to me in lay terms. Though I am a nurse l was amazed by him patient and concern. Handle your business ole boy... you go it going on.
