ON MARCH 18 MY MOM HAD A VISIT WITH DR SWANNER AND A PRESCRIPTION WAS TO BE SENT TO THE PHARMACY , THE PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT SENT IN AND THERE WAS MESSAGES SENT FOR FOUR DAYS WITH IN 24 HRS TO APRIAL, APRIL DIDNOT RESPOND OR DIDNOT SEND PRECRIPITION TO THE PROPER UPDATED PLACE APRIL NEEDS MORE TRAIING IN CORRESPONDING AND COMMUNICATING WITH PATIENTS UN ACCEPTABLE
Do not go to anyone but Dr. Swanner. 5 Star across the board.
My mom is 89yrs young with severe glaucoma.Dr. Swanner continues to provide superior care.always patient aND kind. We never feel rushed his staff is excellent. God has a special place in Heaven for him.
