Also...forgot to mention they didn't even bring a ladder. We had to climb through the downed trees in our back yard to get our ladder from the shed for them to use.

I don't want to give them one star but I can't leave a review without giving them at least one. After the Tornados in Tallahassee on 10 May, we were charged $15K to remove a fallen tree leaning on my house and remove parts of a pine tree which came through the roof. They were supposed to bring a crane but instead, cut the fallen tree in half, tied a rope to it and pulled it off the roof causing over $1000 in damages to my house and lawn. Jason and his crew were very professional. They were extremely careful in the removal of two of my very large old oak trees which were very close to my house. When they left, you couldn't tell anything it happened there because they had cleaned up the area so well. I would recommend their services completely.
