Worst experience with this guy. Gaslighting, lying, worst of worst.
Signed a lease and put down almost $5K for an apartment, then said the old tenant won’t leave so we had to find a new apartment. Then didn’t refund my money for 2 weeks.

Awful - couldn't keep up with the lies and gaslighting from this guy. Was set to move in, and he never confirmed that the last person had moved out so she was STILL living there when I went to move my things into the apartment. He then allowed her to re-sign the lease leaving me with no other option but to move into the remaining room that I had NOT toured the apartment for and which had an entirely different layout and price. Additionally, the entire list of requests to have water damage fixed, paint touched up, etc. I had ... read more
