Dr Flicker has a wonderful bedside manor and explains everything fully. I had laser cataract surgery and no longer need glasses for distance. I call him the “miracle man”!!! He was wonderful throughout the surgery keeping me calm and explaining what he was doing as he went along. I highly recommend Dr Flicker for surgery as well as an ophthalmology! Thank you Dr Flicker!!

Dr. Flicker has been my family & my eye doctor for as long as I can remember. He is incredibly kind & compassionate, and he is genuinely interested in the well-being of all of his patients. Dr. Flicker from South Shore Eye Care just completed my second cataract surgery. He is a truly gifted surgeon. I had complete confidence in him from the first day I met him as a consult. He was clear , kind and compassionate from day one through my second cataract extraction (laser) and IOL implant. I had 2 cataract surgeries 3 weeks apart. Dr. Flicker is an excellent doctor, he explained all my options and suggested the best procedure for me. After the surgery it is like he gave me a new pair of eyes. Dr Flicker has performed laser cataract surgery on both my eyes (January & May), each time, from initial visit, through surgery to follow up care, it's been outstanding. He takes the time to explain every step, what to expect, etc. His work is excellent, I highly recommend him.
