This place is not what it used to be. Iceberg lettuce salads with no veggies except for a slither or carrots, watered down sweet and sour sauce for appetizers, prices keep increasing but portion sizes keep decreasing, and there’s a charge for literally everything including for a small amount of extra salad dressing. I’m very disappointed in this place compared to how it used to be. Also, soup and salad no longer comes with the lunch menu.

it was an off day for Jasmine's. It was very crowded, the wait was long for a table & our food, food was not very palatable. we were understanding of all that. However we were charged for an item we never received. We brought it to their attention. They apologized, offered to give us the item to go for free (we declined the free item) but still charged our card anyway. That we cannot overlook. We were exhausted from being there for 2 hours we didn't stay to dispute the $3 charge again.
I had the Basil Duck "hand battered and deep fried". First of all it was not hand battered or fried at all. The waiter told me it was very lightly battered. Why lie?! It wasnt battered at all. It was roasted. And it also had an off taste. The rice tasted very much like cardboard. I had my son try it to make sure it wasn't me and he agreed. For the price... any where else is a better deal. I was lied to and it wasnt very good.

Last 2 times we’ve tried to order take out no one will answer the phone. Tired to order online and there is no option to pay cash at pickup either. Love the food but it’s very frustrating when you can’t place an order.
