Great Food. Friendly people and fast delivery
I have always loved Jasmine, but the last couple of times, the food has not been the same. Tonight was terrible. my daughter and I got the basil fried rice and it legitimately tasted like burnt rice and no spicy basil at all. it really didn't have a lot of flavor minus the burnt taste. When you pay that kind of money for food you need it to taste better than what we just ate. i am super sad to say the least.
Tried to call in a carry out order on twice on two different days . The first time I called the lady to it would be a hour wait for carry out . Then I tried calling yesterday afternoon around 4 and no one would answer the phone so I could place my carry out order.
Awful management (both front of house and back of house)
They accommodate our healthier choice substitutes, the service is great, and the food is always worth the wait!
We sat for about 3 minutes waiting to be seated, then another 10 to be waited on only to have another table that had just been seated to be waited on first. They were not busy only 2 other tables with customers, so we chose to leave instead of waiting any longer.
This place is not what it used to be. Iceberg lettuce salads with no veggies except for a slither or carrots, watered down sweet and sour sauce for appetizers, prices keep increasing but portion sizes keep decreasing, and there’s a charge for literally everything including for a small amount of extra salad dressing. I’m very disappointed in this place compared to how it used to be. Also, soup and salad no longer comes with the lunch menu.
