Ended up rescheduling my appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 1135 and at 1215 I was still sitting in the waiting area. NOT acceptable. As a healthcare provider, I respect people's time. Not one staff member apologized or even approached me to let me know he is running extremely late.
I have been going to that office for many years. Had my eye surgery & have been seeing Dr. Dhaliwal since he took over the practice. I have been very satisfied with the Doctor & his staff. Very professional & very detailed with all their tests!!
As always the staff and doctor are nice and easy to work with. I'm also happy that after my excessive wait time from a prior appointment and a response form the office apologizing, this time around everything was on time, if not a little early.

About a year & half ago, Dr Dhaiwal removed a cataract - about 6 months ago he removed a cataract from the other eye - In both cases the service was excellent - Since, I have had follow up exams, his service and staff continues to deliver excellent caring services. Having a Technical background as a Quality Control manager, I immediately reorganized that his equipment is state of the art and well maintained and his staff is not only professional but somehow feels like family. Thank you.

First time seeing Dr. Dhaliwal. My neighbors recommended. I was called back on time. The staff was great. The doc explained everything very well and I felt better after he reassured me. I was scared about cataract surgery but my neighbors all had their surgery done by Dr Dhaliwal and they see great. Would highly recommend.
Wait time to see the doctor was extremely high. Was called in fairly soon after arrival to have eyes dilated and have tech do a large portion of the exam, but then waited over 40 minutes until I was called into the room for the doctor to spend 5 minutes with me. Dr. Dhaliwal had taken over Dr. Bello's old practice. It seems like he is carrying on Dr. Bello's practice of wasting patients' time. When I show up 10-15 minutes before my appointment time, a 45+ minute wait is unacceptable.

Sorry you weren't satisfied with your appt length and chose this medium to express your concerns. Dilation exams can take thirty min to complete. Prior to Dr. entering the exam room he reviews all tests and develops a prelim plan of treatment, to discuss with you. It is important that new patients are aware that the first appt can take up to 2 hrs dependent on what they are coming in for, and what tests are then required. You were seen at your correct appt time which is always our goal. CEC
