I was seen by Dr. Dhaliwal for a scratch on my cornea. I was in a lot of pain and the office got me in same day. The staff was very nice from the front to the technician who got me ready for the doctor. The doctor explained everything very clearly and prescribed a medication. He was very nice and thorough. I will be seeing him again!
Wonderful experience and I am so very happy to know that my diabetes has not caused any damage to my Retina since Dr Dhaliwal has taught me the importance of keeping my sugar levels in check
I was a new patient. The paperwork was standard and I was taken back 10 minutes later. I had blurry vision and was worried about my diabetes. Michael was great at explaning things. Dr. Dhaliwal has a great personality and is funny. He made me feel better and I was reassurred that my diabetes was not causing my blurry vision. He also somed me a nice scan of my eye. Service was awful, waited 45 minutes after appt. to be seen, told three people my son needed new glasses and a diabetic exam. Waited another 40 minutes for eyes to dialate, no one came to check on his eyes. Then took him in for what I thought was a diabetic test. I then found out he was seen by the doctor but no refraction exam given. Walked out with no new glasses. No one there knew what to do with my medical and eye insurance cards. Dr. Dhaliwal, is the best! He treated me for several weeks in the winter for severe dry eye. I also had an eye exam recently and he and his whole staff are very professional, kind, and punctual. I highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal to anyone.
I don’t know much about doctor because My treatment was never finished. I asked for a written referral so I could go anywhere to do that. The doctor Whaliwal told me His staff was going to schedule the blood test. It’s five months and I’m still waiting. The same was with prescription. It reached me after 10 days and my 5 phone calls. That’s not the way medical office works. Completely dissatisfied.
