My father was referred to Dr. Dhaliwal due to diabetic conditions. Dr. Dhaliwal was super nice! He explained everything to us step by step. We had faith in him so much I started to take my whole family to him going forward.

I would highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal to my friends and family if they are in need of any kind of eye care. Had cataract surgery on both of my eyes and so far have been satisfied. Dr. Dhaliwal came highly recommended to me from a few of my friends and my optometrist Dr. Lydia Liu.

I woke up a blurry right eye. I could not see well and found this eye clinic to see me same day. The staff were very nice and I was able to get to the doc quickly. He saw the problem right away. I had a corneal ulcer from sleeping in my contacts. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why. I was appreciative that he wrote out the drop instructions and explained to me how to treat my ulcer. Luckily, it was not an aggressive infection. I am very happy to have found Dr. Dhaliwal and would highly recommend.

I visited Dr. Dhaliwal last week for a PRK procedure and he was fantastic. I visited 3 other offices before making my decision to choose him at Foulkes Vision. He made the process simple and easy to understand and spent the time with me after my consultation to answer any questions I had and explained every step of the procedure and what to expect. My regular eye doctor could not give me glasses and told me I needed cataract surgery. She referred me to Dr. Dhaliwal. The office was very impressive and modern. He explained what I had well. I talked to a few of his patients in the waiting room who were there for their follow-ups. A few of them just had cataract surgery and were all very happy. To make a long story short, I had my surgery and everything went great. Vision is excellent and I am recommending the Doc to anyone who will listen. Glad I was referred to him.

I had right eye pain and blurry vision. Its hard to see anyone right now and I was recommended to Dr. Dhaliwal. The staff were very good. I found out that my eye pain was actually inflammation in the my eye and was started on treatment immediately. The pain was gone a few days later. I was glad I went in since I did not think it was that serious. You never know. Great doc!

I have diabetes and my PCP referred my for an eye exam. I was not sure why I needed this. The eye doctor was very nice and he was able to help me understand what he can see in my eyes to help my PCP better control my diabetes. His Elgin office is very new and state of the art. I was pleased and have schedule my parents to check their cataracts. Would highly recommend.

Great staff. Was referred her for a cataract. Liz was great at explaining my cataract. The doc was very nice and reassured me on the process. I decided to go with surgery and I could not be happier. I have recommend Doc to all my friends. Great surgeon!!!
