Total lack of customer service & working care factor below 0! my family have been importing for over 20 years and myself now 12 and these people are the worst! won't recommend them to anyone, do yourself and favor and go else where. It doesn't even warrant 1 star!
I’ve been using JAS Freight Forwarding World Wide to import for my retail business since 2016. I have always received a friendly and personalised service. Any issues I’ve had with freight have always been addressed quickly and the costs are always so there are no surprises, and they take care of my brokerage. Highly recommended.
Major issue with this forwarder , Jas forwarding sent an extra invoice approximately 8 weeks after goods were delivered for $5236.34 , invoice was wrongly paid by our accounts , Jas promised a credit and nearly 10 weeks later still no credit. Contact Jas Forwarding more than 25 times left messages no reply no returned contact. Company can not to be trusted !!
