Mother went to the emergency room today with a moderate infection and was given 5 star treatment. Dr. Woock accessed her medications and confirmed that she was over medicating herself for her other medical issues, advised a diet change and gave medications to help ease all of the symptoms. Excellent bedside manners, extremely friendly and compassionate. My mother felt heard and seen and I cannot express my gratitude or gratefulness enough. If you are looking for medical help do not expect to receive any assistance. I was assessed by Dr. Woock for at most five minutes. He ordered initial testing and medication and then never followed up on any of it. I was in the emergency room for 7 hrs. He only came to speak with me after they tried to discharge me without speaking with him again. When he did come to speak with me he was condescending, unprofessional and completely unhelpful.
