I took in my cat because she was congested and not eating. They tried to get me to do $80 worth of blood work to look for diseases she doesn't have just because she's older. She was also worse the next day. I called first thing in the morning and was told they would call me back in a couple of hours. But they didn't call until the next morning to tell me to give her allergy pills after being told multiple times she can't take pills.
