Long time fan and owner of Ford, but not the quality of service I've come to expect. Several instances of lack of communication and condescending attitudes(from the Service Director) led to terrible experiences with only excuses offered. Zero customer appreciation. We're between a rock and a hard place having purchased the premium service package to cover most maintenance.. so either I come here because it's convenient and deal with this... or inconvenience myself to go to Brandon Ford.

Had a vehicle sold out from under me after filling out paperwork, getting pre-approved, sending in all requested documents and, the most frustrating part, AFTER my credit was run. I had even offered to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle as I was at work and could not get there until the evening. This is very disheartening...especially given that every credit check impacts your score.
Great service. Needed a new tire because I had a huge screw in one of mine. I was in and out within an hour. Very helpful and great customer service. See Robert in service!

Mike was incredible. Went to 12 dealerships from Gator Ford - did not know the hauling capability, Brandon Ford- horrible followup could not locate the vehicle i wanted, posner park Dodge - salesman never called back. Mullinax ford in kissimmee did not call me back. Wr went to both the GMC and the Chevrolet dealership in Brandon and neither dealership had anyone introduce us to a single vehicle after being on their lots for 20 minutes!
