Took car in on Monday morning with an appointment for repair of brakes. We were told they had parts in stock. it is now Wednesday and we still do not have our car. The service representative has not once updated us except to tell us how much it was going to cost. We've had to call twice everyday to get a status on the car. You had the car a few years ago for the brake booster and it took you 5 days to repair it. Poor customer service.
RecommendedRobert Dills went above and beyond for customer service. I flew in from Philadelphia to pick up my truck to drive home to Kansas. The starter went out and I had to be in Kansas in 2 days. He did everything he could to get my truck fixed and me on the road in less then 12 hours. Robert is a true gentleman and knew that I was stressed about the drive and being broke down 47 miles into my 1300 mile trip. Outstanding job Robert and his team! Thank you
Took my F350 Diesel in for an oil change. Service Advisory Robert Dills was quick to assist as soon as I arrived. He informed me that there were several customers ahead of me for service and it may be awhile. I waited in their area and was impressed that they were so quick to service all of the customers in a very timely manner and get me back on the road. Thank You Robert and Jarrett Ford. I will be brining all my vehicles to them for service and will be referring others to this outstanding Service Advisor and shop.
Steve Burgess is an excellent salesman. Great customer service. They beat out Lakeland Automall and Bartow Ford. Very happy with our Ford F-150 Lariat.
