Had nothing but a good experience. The employees didn’t flock on me like pigeons and made the car buying experience easy. Also, David Sooley was extremely professional and patient with me during this process. Would definitely buy from these guys again!

I had a questionable warranty issue with my Explorer and Jeff put the customer first and did me right. I have all my cars serviced there, I have purchase 3 cars from there and my next vehicle will come from there. THANKS JARRETT SCOTT!

BUYERS BE AWARE- I was corresponding with this dealership via email, applied for financing and was working out the logistics of the numbers when I was informed “another sales-person has just sold the car”. Their response-“well we did tell you to put down a deposit”. I was told I needed to put a deposit down before I even knew my payment or any of the final financial information. No way would I put down money on a car that I didn’t have a binding financial contract for! So incredibly unprofessional. Scam artists. STAY CLEAR!!... read more

Mrs. Neal, I am very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our dealership. In our industry it is common to accept a 100% refundable deposit to "hold" a vehicle for a customer. We don't require a binding financial contract to do so, just a common understanding that you have a desire to buy the vehicle. You chose not to give us a deposit and someone else bought the vehicle. This place is a joke they let you think you might be able to drive away in the vehicle you want but while waiting on financing to go through the exact same salesman who was working with me is trying to sell the truck out from under me to some people who just showed up. Absolute worst most unprofessional thing I’ve seen at a car dealership.
