She truly cares about her patients, is up on the latest science, listens well, asks for feedback, and isn't afraid of thinking outside the box. She's a fabulous psychiatrist!
I have had an excellent experience with Dr Chowdhury. We got off to a rocky start because she talked so fast, however, I asked her to slow down a bit and it really helped! She is very knowledgeable and supportive. I would highly recommend her services as she is an excellent psychiatrist.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chowdhury! From the very first appointment, I felt heard, understood and cared for. She is compassionate, professional and creates a judge-free environment. If you are looking for a psychiatrist who is knowledgeable, compassionate and is truly invested in her patients, then look no further. She is the very BEST!
Dr. Chowdhury is a great provider, but more importantly, she is a great human being. She strikes the perfect balance between being practical with her treatment plan and compassionate in her care. Her willingness to work with you during whatever you may be going through is inspiring, and I cannot recommend her enough.
Dr. Chowdhury was extremely generous in finding time for me when my former psychiatrist left the practice, and she did a really good job of learning from me by listening to my concerns. The institutional legislation of psychiatry in Alabama needs to be improved, but I do not blame them for following laws. That being said, Dr. Chowdhury even called in my prescription at 8pm at night before I left for vacation because she knew I needed the refill before I left, and there was no other way it could be handled.
