Dr McPhie’s office accommodated me for a consult quickly. He took X-rays and explained what he saw and possible treatment options. Thankfully, he ordered an MRI for a better view of my foot and ankle and for a further evaluation before selecting a treatment. I see Dr. MCPhie every 9.weeks for a toenail trim. He takes adequate time to answer questions. He is careful when trimming my toenails. Dr. MCPhie has a great bedside manner.
I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. McPhie, by another physician, for a foot injury. I found him to be very thorough and a good listener. He is personable and pleasant; has a fun sense of humor, and is “down to earth”. I especially appreciate the emphasis he placed on “taking time to heal”. His staff, Riley and Connor, were helpful and very sweet.
Dr. McPhie is absolutely wonderful. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and bone spurs for quite some time. He is outstanding at explaining the causes and options for treatment, and finding ways to help alleviate the pain while pursuing stages of treatment to permanently correct the problem. Today I opted for steroid shots in my foot to both reduce inflammation and reduce the pain during my stretching and exercises to fix the problem. Dr McPhie is incredible. I have been to him twice - once for an unexplained mass and second for an ankle fracture that needed surgery - as did the mass. In both cases everything was explained (with a bit of humor) and the follow up was incredible including the day of surgery. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Love Dr. McPhie!!!! I have plantar fascia, he knew exactly what to do......very happy and confident with him, already getting relief. He’s terrific, if you have any foot issues, he’s your man!!!!!
Very personable. I really appreciated that. I felt he went out of his way to get me the best care that I needed provided to me pertaining to my injury. He gave me his personal cell, replied to my texts with questions I had and in return texted me to see how i was doing. My injury was a serious one, and I felt he was very knowledgeable, and shared that info with me so that i knew what was going on and what would be going on. Thankful to have him as my doctor and highly recommend to anyone.
Wonderful experience. Too bad he has moved from the Maryland area.
