He explained my options very well and was caring and gentle.
Nothing good to say, doesn't sit and look at you from the first visit on, didn't feel listened to. ordered expensive DME in November, and still don't have the brace I actually need, its March! They didn't fit right in early Jan, he sent them back -each time it takes 3- 4 weeks. I get a call after that time and they says they are sending them back again because it wasn't done right. Update. now he wants payment in full for braces he no longer wants to make sure are fitting me correctly and said I can deal with the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer said legally they cannot work with patient directly, therefore if he will no longer ensure they fit me correctly I would be stuck with an item. He will not let me try them on without payment in full. I cannot bring myself to pay for them if they are still not good and he won't help any longer. I can't believe I waited so long! I had an ingrown toenail and it was extremely painful. I was so worried about going to a doctor. Immediately, Dr. Moyles put me at ease. I am not walking without pain. I would highly recommend!!
Terrible experience with Dr. Moyles. Couldn't fix the problem. Did not spend enough time on procedure. But he made sure to charge for longer office visit than the time he spent. I went to Dr. Dunne after that. Dr. Dunne spent enough time and took care of the problem permanently. Great experience with Dr. Dunne and ethical billing as well.
Dr Moyles was patient and knowledgeable. He treated my son and explained everything well to both of us. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure today of being the first person to be treated by Dr Jared Moyles at the new Airport Blvd location. He has been my Podiatrist for more than 5 years. Always friendly, professional and most of all, Good at his job. The staff is outstanding. The new diggs are beautiful.A special shout out to Gwen for her personal touch in selecting, fitting and delivering quality diabetic shoes. She is attentive to every detail.
