The best in the metroplex. The end. This is really a "secret" of the metroplex. Not only do they have the BEST prices on sashimi, they have been around for a long time, and are family owned. I have NEVER had a bad experience there, and have been going since I was about 15 years old (30 now just fyi) I have been to many other sushi places in the metroplex over the years, and I still say "should have gone to Japanese Grill" Something is very special about this place.
. The service is great, allow yourself plenty of time to sit back and enjoy good fresh sushi with the friendly staff. Their regular menu is varied and good but check the board for specials you may just find something new to try.
Excellent sushi Japanese Grill has excellent sushi. If there is something that you want that isn't on the menu, just ask. Jean will make anything for you. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable. A definite place to call your favorite sushi restaurant.
Eat here all the time Consistently perfect service and well-prepared food. Even if you don't order sushi, the menu is excellent and ever-evolving. The sushi is some of the best I've had in the U.S. One of the best places to go in the area!
Yummy Sushi! The only place to eat sushi! It is the perfect balance between perfection and price. It always tastes fresh. Also have friends with you who don't like sushi... they have a great teriyaki chicken or awesome fried rice selections. Check out happy hour prices on sushi and drinks 4 to 6!
fantastic This is one of the best sushi places. Very fresh! I am not big on the sauces on any sushi. But they have one that is incredible. They have a great bar with good drink prices.
worst sushi experience! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Drive about a mile further down the road to ahoyama! I had gotten a free $25 credit to restaurants.com & they were on there for a $25 gift card so we figured we'd give them a shot. This was the 2nd worst experience I've ever had at a sushi place. Meh I don't understand where all of these good reviews come from. I guess they are all friends or dating the staff 'cause that seems to be the only way to get decent service! We live near this restaurant & have given them quite a few shots & have always had bad experiences. The last time we went I finally flagged down whom I assumed was the owner & she seemed shocked that we were even in there let alone had been having an bad experience even though she had been socializing with our waitress & some of the regulars at a table ... read more
