I have only placed 3 orders so far with Jantz. The first was fine. I received everything I ordered in a timely manner. The second, I have been waiting for over three weeks. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with the Post Office having to track my own package. Finally, I called Jantz and they were not able to get anywhere so they sent me another package via UPS. Love the store and all the supplies. I started making knives about two years ago and used supplies from here. I've made trips and ordered most of my supplies here ever since it's become a family trip to get knife supplies. Only reason I didn't give a 5 is because every time we go there is always dog poop on the floor. Other than that amazing store and amazing staff!
I built my first knife over a decade ago. I did it all with Jantz products. And I still use their products, exclusively. I get fast, friendly service all the time.
