I am not someone who generally takes the time to write reviews, good or bad, but this is probably the worst service I’ve ever received by a physician’s office. I have been calling this office trying to get a prescription written for almost the past month. I have never had to wait longer than a day for a prescription to be written. I am not one to write reviews, I usually am able to get situations figured out before coming to this but I was not at all in this case. So hopefully with this review I can help someone else not go through what I have gone through with this office and physician and for Dr. Janice Walker to be held accountable as well. great place, clean respectful, sick come visit, questions call your favorite Doctor virtue... online call they don't play with your health or time,, 5 stars
There should be an option for zero stars. I feel terrible even giving one. This was the most horrific Doctors visit I have ever had. I came to what was suppose to be my annual physical visit today with many health concerns. Not only were none of them addressed. The doctor barely dignified me with eye contact and treated me like she was in a rush and I was just a number in the way of her busy schedule. Today was suppose to be my annual “well check”. Dr Walker is truly a remarkable wonderful doctor. She listens and gives great advice and it's truly a very warm understanding doctor to speak with. I'm so glad she is my doctor and my son's doctor. I can't recommend her enough! Thank you Dr. Walker!
