They changed their front desk on this location, the one we had encountered years was a very nice and bubbly and very accommodating. Whoever hired the current one today needs some people skills as well as ensure to provide stellar service. I have waited for the doctor here before for almost 45 minutes but then when your 15 minutes late with no patient early in the morning? What’s the consideration for it? The worst customer service ever. I couldn't take an appointment, cause they don't answer the phone. Then I went to doctors office to make an appointment, it was closed at day time. But according to their work time it has to be open. I tried to make an appointment about 2 weeks for my daughter's day care document filling. They answered the phone after 2 weeks and says that doctor can sign that document only after 3 months. It was only 1 paper about her vaccine records. For that I have to wait until June. Thats crazy. Unfortunately she is no longer with this location. We've been attending this location for 14 years! Before they were even at this address they were down the street, so we see people come and go. We were happy with her service as a provider for our children these past few years. Responsive and addressed our visit concerns. We didn't see any one else now we have too. Hopefully, they will find a suitable replacement.
