The doctors are not that bad. I honestly didn't have the same personal experience as Neema with short waits and quality time. Sometimes a little hard to understand, but for the most part friendly. I wish I could say the same about their office staff. In 2009 I talked to the doctor about a wart on my son's foot. Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I trust them over any other doctor Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
