Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They have several locations. The newest one in the Oak Hill Hospital has a staff member who was VERY rude and upsetting. I am currently on the phone with their main offiice to make a complaint. It is hard enough when dealing with a sick child to add more stress on top of that. I will now be driving the extra 15 minutes out of my way to go to their Mariner office.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Unless you are in their face, they kind of act like you aren't there and that you don't need help. Some of them act like you are an inconvienence. Wait times are long. They don't ever seem to take their patients on time. I waited for 30 minutes after my appoinment one time, in the waiting room. Once in the actual doctor's exam room, it was another hour wait. Once the doctor was in there he was a little stand offish, not exactly friendly. But som... read more
