Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? They were average Did this doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Yes, they informed me about child safety and nutrition

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much

Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
