RecommendedBest candy I’ve ever had hands down. Free samples, extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. Stepping into the store you immediately feel as if you’re in candy paradise and when speaking with Jan she makes you feel like your grandma just became the best chocolatier. 10/10

Always a treat to stop by Jan’s for chocolates to enjoy while in Ft. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and to take home to Ohio family and friends. The brown sugar fudge, Irish potatoes, turtle eggs, and healthy bark are my souvenirs this time.
I absolutely LOVED Jan’s homemade candies. Visited Ft Lauderdale for a long weekend and dropped in while exploring the shops. They were super friendly and gave us a bunch of free samples of fudge and truffles. I made a comment that they didn’t have any bourbon truffles left, and Jan swore she’d make some just for me if i came back again. I went back the next day and sure enough she’d made a whole batch. Always stop to see Jan when in Ft Lauderdale. Amazing fudge & treats. Was great to see you yesterday. Back in NY enjoying some fudge on a cold snowy day.... wish I was still there
I love this store and Jan and her husband are the best. My favorites are the milk chocolate Turtles and the milk chocolate non pareils.
My mom and I went into Jans Candy shop today we would highly recommend it. My mom told Jan she was buying the candy to bring to our men (my Dad and my husband) who were out fishing and Jan put a candy shark in our bag to bring back to show them we caught something too!! Jan was a sweetheart and a delight PLUS Candy is delicious!!!!
