I saw Dr esway several times for joint pain. He is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Very good at explaining conditions and treatment options. Thoroughly explains x rays and other studies. I would not hesitate to see him again should the need arise. His staff is good too.
After having Problems with my toe I saw Dr Esway. After carefully going over existing problems he explained the procedure to me so I completely understood His bedside manner is exceptional. His staff is wonderful so very professional. I would highly recommend him
I recently saw Dr. Esway a knee problem and was in alot of pain and had seen a couple of Dr.s on base and not solving my problem and finally referred to Dr. Esway. After tearing ligaments and fracturing my ankle, I quickly sought out orthopaedic care. Due to the complexity of my injury, I made appointments with several surgeons in the area. As soon as I called Dr. Esway's office, I was immediately impressed with the care that I received from the entire staff. Dr. Esway performed my son's knee surgery and he always displayed a high level of skill, knowledge and commitment to my son's total recovery. He was attentive and responsive to all of our questions. When the surgery ran longer than anticipated, he even had someone call me from the operating room to put my mind at ease. That's the level of care you receive from Dr. Esway.
As unfortunate as it is to break a leg, it's a blessing to have had Dr. Esway as my orthopedic surgeon. I broke my ankle doing a spartan race and went to the Spotsylvania ER. I was referred to another physician, but a friend who works for the hospital recommended I try to see Dr. Esway, as he specialized in sports-related ankle injuries. Dr Esway immediately put me at ease about the pain in my knee. He thoroughly explained the cause of the pain and options for treatment. His selected treatment brought immediate relief. He and his staff are very friendly, professional, and have the patients' best interests in mind. Thank you to all.
Today was my first visit with Dr Jan-Eric Esway . I am very impressed by his genuine demeanor, his thorough examination, and perseverance with my medical needs. I particularly appreciate his prudent approach regarding pursuing various options rather than the 'one fix' surgery approach, i also found his staff to be very personable and professional. His office is conveniently located adjacent to diagnostic facilities, thereby making a 'visit to the doctor' that less stressful,
Dr. Essway is very professional and cares immensely about his patients. He was very responsive and patient when explaining anything that I didn't understand. He did a great job repairing my heel that was in 20+ pieces.
