Sales people are great and informative and their service department is the best! David Stafford in Sales has always gone above and beyond to get me the right dealt of fit my needs and Jarret in the service center is always helpful, listens to me and makes sure the service is done correctly. I have bought 4 vehicles from James Wood in Denton and I've had a great experience with each purchase. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I bought two trucks from James Wood wouldn't buy anywhere else David Sweden is the guy to talk to super nice guy and will help you out on what you need . Took a buddy of mine to buy a truck there and he loved the experience I highly recommend to buy from David Sweden but I'm sure all the other salesmen or women are great also !!!
Just had a blow out on I-35 in Denton... but I live in Decatur. Folks, its a mad house on I-35 even when you are not on the shoulder with 100mph 18 wheelers zooming by you. I called James Wood and Roadside Assistant, Kevin, was amazing. He was quick, safe, and even offered to drive my car with the spare back to the dealership. Thank you James Wood for having amazing customer service! Did I mention it was raining cats and dogs while Kevin changed my tire?? He was a model employee. Thank you again!

I'm a big believer in shopping local, but NOT when it includes "Bate N Switch" tactics! Went to purchase my mother in law a new car, and picked out two at her price point. Took them to her, she picked and I returned to negotiate a deal for her. On the sticker-big, bold numbers $34,950. Salesperson said they made an error and car was really $43,977. That's not a transposition- it's a different number. They offered to come down $1500 to $41,477. BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 41,477 and $34,950 !!!! I didn't want anyone to loose their... read more

Usually I don't enjoy the task of purchasing a vehicle, be it new or used. Josh and the rest of the team at James Wood Chevrolet made it much easier & more enjoyable than any of my prior vehicle purchases. I would not hesitate to recommend James Wood Chevrolet to anyone I know. My daughter has already told me that she will be purchasing her next vehicle from James Wood Chevrolet.

My passed husband and I have been a customer of James Wood Cadillac for about 10 years, maybe longer. People won’t continue to buy from a place where they don’t get good service so for the numerous Cadillacs that have been bought and serviced at James Wood should tell everyone how well treated we have been. So thank you Mr. Wood for being in Denton and hiring excellent staff.

Sales team is perf, but the service department is crap. They can't ever pull up my info. Parts that were ordered n"never show up" or are "not in the system" appointment?? That is a joke, my car sat there for 2 hours and was never even touched. Last but not least, items have been stolen from my car. And when I call to report this, advisors are conveniently unavailable. I gave a fair rating bc I really did enjoy my shopping experience, It's a the rest of the dealership has ruined the score.
