Everyone was extremely kind. Everything I loathe about looking for a car did NOT happen during my visit. It was zero pressure, relaxed, and everything that I was told turned out to be the truth. in all my years of new vehicle purchases this was the very best! I use the internet for my new vehicle purchases and this one went very well. I was contacted by Mr Ed Miranda aka MR ED. He was very accommodating and professional and had a truck located for me very quickly. I drove up to the dealership and within a few hours was signing papers. Recently had my car's bumper and hood repaired in the body shop of James Wood Cadillac Denton -- they are the most efficient and courteous dealership I've ever dealt with and did an outstanding job completing the repairs timely and my car looks awesome now (after nice lady rear-ended my car in car wash when she forgot to put her car in neutral before entering the car wash; what an experience when your car is covered in soap suds, you can see absolutely nothing, and suddenly "BAM" and you think the equipment has fallen on you... read more
