Dr. Mellert and his staff always make you feel like one of the family. Everyone from the time you walk in and speak with the receptionist, to the hygienist, and dentists treat you with love and care. This is a seriously experienced staff who makes you feel like you are in very good hands.
Dr. Mellert is wonderful...knowledgeable, guided me towards the best, not necessarily the most expensive, options...gentle which is hard to do in my small mouth. Terrific cleanings...my teeth shine...yet somehow I barely know during it that I'm having my teeth cleaned...what a touch...
I just had my routine cleaning with Connie and it was the most relaxing part of my week. Connie was so gentle and thorough in her cleaning and oral cancer screening. Dr. Mellert was so kind when he came in at the end of the appointment to check out my teeth and go over my oral health. No cavities for me! I am so grateful for the whole staff at Dr. Mellert's office and look forward to my next visit!
I'm always impressed by the personal attention from all of the staff as well as the doctor. The doctor is very thorough in explaining the treatment, also no waiting time
Everyone is so friendly and competent here - from Cindy at the front desk to my trusted dental hygenist, Gigi (and eveyone in between). When I need dental work, which is rare, Dr. Mellert is awesome. Thank you for all the great years of taking care of me and my teeth :)
I have had horrible dental experiences before. The dentist and staff are nice professional and pleasing. My new dentist I could instantly tell was not only experiences and intelligent but understanding and comforting as well. I don't feel I need to shop any further. Michael winters II
Another great visit! Top care and attention. Enjoyed seeing the latest digital rays; makes it easy to discuss with Dr. Mellert. new exam rooms are top notch and private.
Every 3 months, I travel from Dana Point to Torrance for a dental cleaning and repairs, if necessary, with Dr. Mellert. Do I need to say more?
